I think it just speaks to the fact that the GP prefers a more pop leaning album from him. Changes weirdly didn’t have a lot of big name songwriters/producers aside from Poo Bear.

Well my point was that the barrage of hits from Justice is kind of a return to that level of dominance, especially if you add Stay I'm not trying to drag him

 

 

 

Bieber was really on a roll on pop radio with this and "Stay". And it's currently charting higher than his newest single.
