What do y'all use to change the gif speed?

I use ezgif.com but sometimes i wish there was some quicker way to do it. It's just a lot of work to upload 3-6 gifs to change it.

The built in option (playback rate) works well enough on the rare occasion that I need to use it. You just have to play around with the slider a bit until it looks the way you want.

Woke up 3 like times already tonight and now I really can't get back to sleep, so I guess I'm awake for the day  It's 4:30 a.m.

So after one year of having feelings for this guy I finally told him I can't stop thinking about him and his only answer was "do you wanna talk about it?" which I'm not mad about it though, I knew he didn't feel the same way about me but I felt like I needed to let him know so I can finally move on from this
