18. Kremlin Dusk from Exodus (2004)

Graves: Steampunk new wave neo-metal ethereal industrial pop rock bop. Exodus was worth it for this track alone, even if you think the rest was hot garbage.

Kyle-x: I love the production on this one but the vocal delivery wasn't executed as well as I'd like, personally.

Curaga: Incredible opening lyrics. Those tinny siren sounds in the 2nd half send me 💀

madonnas: She was on a mission to end Amy Lee, and she succeeded.

The results are going south, I blame Trump.

 

17. UNIVERSE from UNIVERSE (2010)

 

 

AVERAGE: 8.57

Graves: That ascending synth(?) sound at the beginning sounds like a royalty-free version of Missy's Lose Control. A fun lil bop nonetheless.

Kyle-x: Whew, this really should've been a single!

Curaga: 

AMIT: good track (work it out! would have gotten a 10 from me though oops)

madonnas: mega bop

A bop but I'm pressed that it's higher than my faves.

 

16. Love Technique from JAPONESQUE (2012)

 

 

AVERAGE: 8.61

LOW SCORE: 6 x 1 (madonnas)

 

Graves: Aw, what a cute song. Just a well-crafted, inoffensive little pop song - I like ha.

Kyle-x: One of my absolute favorite songs from miss Kuu.

Curaga: The melody in the first part of the chorus is one of the best pop melodies I've EVER heard, but the verses leave a little to be desired 🙊

AMIT: definitely one of her better cutesy songs, love the bouncy chorus, JAPONESQUE was truly THAT album

madonnas: bop

15. BLUE from ULTRA BLUE (2006)

Graves: I can't help but feel she did the "colors as metaphors" shtick better on... well, COLORS. This is still a neat album track though, and I kinda felt like it was one of the only UB tracks that had any chance of success so good luck to her.

Kyle-x: I love the vocal arrangement of this one! It runs a titch long for me though.

Curaga: Dreamy piano

Cute song but the best album track from that album Kairo wasn't even in consideration.

 

14. LOVE GAME from PAST<FUTURE (2009)

 

 

AVERAGE: 8.83

HIGH SCORE: 10 x 4 (Kyle-x, romiskes, confide in me, Britneyfan09)

LOW SCORE: 7 x 2 (UrMom, Graves)

 

Graves: I assume this was picked to keep the running trend of Stefani Germanotta popping up in these rates, which I'm honestly not mad at. Once again, however, I fear that Gaga might just have outsold this. Catchy but not a favourite of mine from this album.

Kyle-x: This song makes me feel so nostalgic ajsdksla.

Curaga: Gaga outsold. Maybe she should have sung about a disco stick too!

AMIT: ended ga ga

Graves: Come on, vaguely Arabian queen. Cultural appropriation is only okay when you eat it this well. Is this touching vogue? Well, no... but it is making for a nice callback to that era of her career and giving Rock'n'Roll Circus a good song (something it's kind of lacking in!).

Kyle-x: Showstopping, never been done before, incredible video too.

Curaga: appropriATE

AMIT: a gem from this underrated album

Curaga: That compressed cymbal crash at the beginning always throws me off nnn—amazing song otherwise!

AMIT: a rock bop

Maybe looking back wouldn't be so bad for miss Ayuma

Should've gave decision a 10 tbh. Would've been nice to see a Guilty song reach the Top 10...so close. Maybe in the discography rate part 2...
