It's not confirmed as in "Marvel released a statement", but even a NYTimes reporter said his sources have been saying this for a couple weeks now. So I think it's a done deal.

I've noticed she doesn't do much cross marketing between Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty....my guess is that she wants to keep both brands separate so they stand on their own. I don't think she'll do any album/product/tour bundling.

It’s just that when you have a number two album to someone who is selling shirts and merch and selling passes for a tour that’s not even announced yet, it feels like you’re being tricked. It feels like someone is playing a game and beating you at a game as opposed to just selling music. I want to sell music. I’m not going to have that.
