I find it super annoying having to be justifying Rihanna’s success to a bunch of crazy Swifties. 

 

I'm so over it... And I feel as if us, as navy should be celebrating Rih's success by just celebrating her achievements. Not having to compare it with anyone else. 

 

We are not a headless bunch, or some kids that just live through our faves success... We are a fam and we thrive in the worst scenarios. We have been through it all with Rih's path... And we are still here. 

 

We survived the Rated R era with everyone making fun of her downfall after GGGB, we survived her Loud era and her going back to the-one-that-shall-not-be-named... We survived her not having a #1 album after her smashing and having to justify her collabos... We survived her releasing back to back and people diminishing her album sales, tour stats, man-related choices, comparisons with Bey all her life. We survived not having an album in Rihvember for the first time... And her scrapping of ANTI's first half with 45S, BBHMM and AO2.... Then we survived 460...and her ANTI era without LOTB video, her venturing into film, fashion, makeup, branding, maternity.... and now here we are after 7 years without an album... Finding that ALL OF THAT we stood behind was actually not only good... But it was HUGELY SUCCESSFUL, and she is now such a huge icon and brand... That she stood the proof of time and adversity... 

 

And we did it with her. And we did it together. 

 

Not only do I know we can be better... I know WE ARE BETTER, and time has proved that, over and over again.

You are super right. The important thing is Rihanna, and all that she give to us. All the moment that we life and feeling that we had.

Also we should be celebrating all the success and the new things that are coming.

 

They can say whatever. They are expecting a fall because she is successful. But we should pass and enjoy.

Today's update (Sunday's numbers) might be below 20M as they always are pretty horrendous all around, and for everyone, but I think she can hold around those 20M a day for a long while. At least this week she will, and then she has the oscars, so that should probably give her another nice boost, for another while.

 

So, I think she would be moving around those +700M a month, at least march and april too.
