Maybe Nicki should try a management deal instead of a whole label deal, that way they can walk away if things aren't working. Ice is in need of a new direction for real and JT just doesn't have the label/management support she needs unfortunately.  But with Nicki, she would need to hire someone very good to handle business.............The fact is that there are  lot of benefits to being associated with her, and she needs to know how to use it for her own good.
