Almodusa Posted October 7 Posted October 7 The way Spoiler the ending of Gary's testimony made me cry nn. One teardrop down each cheek
TedLasso Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Gaga's best albums… TFM BTW ASIB Harlequin… what do they all have in common? She sings French in each one 2
FailSafe Posted October 7 Posted October 7 (edited) I've heard several covers of DWAS but wow only Bruno and Gaga's vocals capture the magic of the song Edited October 7 by FailSafe 1

Pikachoo Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I can't believe Gaga finally performing Telephone live with Beyonce (and Britney) only has 100k views on youtube. she is over.

I'm sorry but me disliking Harlequin doesn't have to do with jazz after meditating about it. I like Cheek To Cheek and that is entirely jazz. Harlequin on the other hand... I can only save Close To God and Godly Mistake 1
frankvert Posted October 7 Posted October 7 If we're talking about unreleased gems.. who else remembers? Deserved a spot on TF 3

I can only save Close To God and Godly Mistake thats life cover is good too the rest arent but cheek to cheek has the better tracklist and her best vocals Spoiler hot take but i dont like how in the nose and restricted her singing has been this year 1

Almodusa Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Like the beat, beat, beat of the tom-tom When the jungle shadows fall Like the tick, tick-tock of the stately clock As it stands against the wall
PerfectCure Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I did not just see Garden of Eden slander earlier The chorus of that snippet is the catchiest thing she's recorded since BTW, no wonder a 10 seconds mp3 file is stuck in many of our heads. 2
oinkamaraj Posted October 7 Posted October 7 and btw this song should be on CTC cause oh godga this vocals are heavenly Spoiler the powerful resonant A4 on the "am i" im ascending
TedLasso Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Not everyone hopping on me Harlequin is a great album and deserves to be appreciated. Yes CTC has better vocals and the song choice are great too but HQ is an entirely Gaga album in the sense that it's her band her arrangements / production. Not to mention the sneak self written and arranged FAD, one of her best tracks of the decade.

frankvert Posted October 7 Posted October 7 (edited) Having some red wine & spinning Harlequin vinyl on this Sunday evening. It's absolutely excellent, I feel bad for the Liddos that don't get it. GÁR is such an AUTEUR. There is no one else in the game that could execute her vocal deliveries, nvm an entire album full of covers & standards from the POV of a movie character who's a mentally abusive stalker. The production value & live instrumentation are INSANE. Her voice has never sounded better on a record. She literally composed a WALTZ (!) on her own, that happens to be IMMACULATE. This is Gaga at her best. Raw talent, capable of emulating a seemingly endless scope of music genres. No one else does it like her. Edited October 7 by frankvert 6
