We can hope, anyways. I have a personal prediction that with Joker 2 being such a huge public project that will undeniably have many eyes on her, she'll feel the pressure to release work that truly resonates with the public. Lettuce pray. 1

Lettuce pray. Lettuce also hope that said work also has the proper radio deals, playlisting, and cybersecurity protocol in place. I think she'll always have it in her to create great original music (especially with the rumored roster of producers that she's said to be working with) but there's always been some issue with the rollout for the last three solo studio albums so I'm hoping that it's smooth sailing in that department. Europe Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 I really hope that next to all the boring flop showtunes they will be singing in the movie, there will be 1 killer original song that they will release to promote the movie and aim for the Oscar nomination.

charot Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 (edited) Seen so many viral stuff out of BM on tiktok. The instrumental is so popular among the straights... cars, space, fitness, aviation, military etc. I can see now why she's ditching the gays. Edited October 29, 2023 by charot 1
ViviLittleM Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 Listening to the classic and beautiful Million Reasons. Joanne is probably her most timeless album. Full of legendary songs that never will get old. Such a great album. It deserves more love from the fans. 2

That's true, the amount of space related videos with over 200k likes that use BM instrumental that I see on Tik Tok is insane. BM sedimented itself as a timeless classic. No one can change that , not even her team that didn't try to capitalise it's success. The same is happening with ARUTW. Her team and Gaga herself, completely ignore it but the song it's just such a masterpiece that became a hit on each own.

It might not be a great choice for a lead single with that lack of chorus, but at least it was really fun on tour, everyone was jumping 1 1

ViviLittleM Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 I’m sure Fun Tonight would have done good on radios, imagine listening to radios driving during the night and Fun Tonight comes on 1

The problem was the visual needed to have more expensive
GraceRandolph Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 The BTW singles rollout really should’ve been… 1. Born This Way 2. The Edge of Glory 3. Marry The Night 4. You and I 5. Scheiße TEOG and MTN could’ve been #1 hits if Judas hadn’t kneecapped the eras momentum. 1

It shaped the BTW era, cant imagine the era without it. MTN should've been an earlier single and the era should've ended with Bloody Mary, thats about it.

DoctorIce Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 Bloody Mary coming for a second wind in December like the Christmas classic it is.

Judas should’ve been a promo single with mv and TEOG should’ve had a proper rollout with mv and discount the week before BTW it would’ve gotten another #1 Marry The Night for me is more art not chart. It’s a great representation for Gaga’s artistry but then liddos obsess over it smashing and it’s just not gonna work for whatever reason. Replay is the same.
