That LA times interview didn't mention anything about a release date (this is the same interview that she said DWAS is on the album) but that doesn't explicitly mean that it isn't coming in February. There's a few timeframes that match up to how the other girls have announced and released that allows for a February release. And at most I believe it would only be pushed to mid-March.

I still think that pushing the release even just a month forward would be a terrible idea. The ones in here might be the most dedicated and loyal part of the fandom—the craziest, even—but even we are starting to "lose patience". :suburban:

It's not that we can't wait any longer (after all, it's just pop music), but the hype and excitement around it are fading fast... As someone else said "It just doesn't feel like we are getting a new album" :monkey: (and nobody knows about LG7 anyway)

Her fanbase in general isn't thriving either. We lost so many loyal soldiers during The Two Great Jazz Wars and the Nurtec-nheimer era. :weeps:

Now, with the focus shifting to DWAS for LG7 it might even get worse  :noparty:

I'd be shocked if the album is still coming in Feb. She's reverted to saying 'this year' shortly after Joker flopped, rather than February.

Why? Its just an album after all.

I dont get why some of you all expect something like months long presidential campaign. :dies:

I still think the simple explanation for this phenomenon is that for most of the fandom, "stanning" is viewed as a hobby, much like how sports fans follow their favorite teams during championships. It's all about entertainment, and they want to feel that excitement and anticipation for what's coming next.

The original plan to ride on Joker's success was already set on a Feb release so now that DWAS took over as the success to ride on, I can only think of vinyl and physical editions production as the reason for the album to be pushed back if and only if DWAS really was added that late.

It shouldnt take that long to produce 20k vinyl for her 3k remaining fans in US :ryan3:

It would help if she or anyone around her even seemed a little excited. :suburban:

Well outside of the US the Harlequin exclusive cover sold out fast by my local f*gs before it was released. They thought they ate but actually did me a favor by saving my coin though

:ryan3:

But fr the average production time is around 2-3 months from start to finish but considering there are a lot of manufacturing disruptions and the current landscape has pressing plants overwhelmed with orders, expect longer :gaycat7:

If not today, then tmrw.

Maybe she's taking today to coordinate the announcement with her team.

But if not Tuesday then I'll start to be concerned bc are they trying to secure a <100k debut??? :biblio:

I'm Sorry, but aren't you all tired with this Daily meltdown about the album? She said multiple times that it Will be released in Feb.

You all did the same thing with Disease

I know we joke about it but it would truly be the biggest kii ever if she would name it Chaos Angel, it'd be such a troll move :ahh:

I think that she should put 2 more singles out before the album drops. Next one should be the most gp friendly song and next single in the most Gaga style 1 week before album drops. All of the annoucments will increase Disease and Die With A Smile streams. I know she would not do that but im just dreaming haha

Can yall please shut up?

Like is this your first Gaga era?

She's planned multiple 7 week eras before, from lead to album. It's obviously dropping Feb 28th

Nowadays, it's faster than that. I don't think we should worry about vinyls, IMO. They pre-book production, and it takes a maximum of 60 days to press an average major-artist release. Since they knew about February since last August they definitely had already planned the printing considering also the fact that the album was mixed and mastered etc
