Someone please free the bootlickers from Bey’s cage, the smell radiating from Sia not showering is making them snappy. That house is fugly, clunky, tacky, and wacky. They can be as rich as they want and I’ll stay poor but the airport they bought is ugly and that’s fine!

Her mama might have taught her a good home training, her daddy how to lover her haters (etc.), but uncle Johnny clearly passed too early to knock some taste into her. There was only so much he could do. :suburban:

I have always loved the harmonies in this song. You can tell she did this song and movie for Blue.

How is Renaissance holding up

on the charts? How much has it sold to date?

Falling, it's around 1.94M in US

à propos falling, her streams keep falling every day :biblionana: not a single song pulling 1m, cuff it gradually collapsing, BMS not even at 300k… trust the process they said

A film about the album is coming. I'm sure streams will go back up eventually. Cuff it also did good numbers around the holidays last year, it's a good party song. Let's not start this bullshit complaining again just because she is silent again. We all knew she would be hard at work fixing last minute details of this film. Dont tell me  y'all really thought this film was already done and ready to go? lol

I just want this film to drop and to look forward to Act II.  This era is about done.

40 days until the film :duca:

the Bey-Everything film today is going to do more promo for the official film than Beyoncé will ever do

Was listening to the Standard Edition of Bday and enjoyed it all over again.

Not gonna lie though, Ring The Alarm was very jarring….the bullhorn sound effects on her voice in the chorus didn’t age well at all.

BMS is probably going take forever now to get to 3M lol

Judging by its streams, it's now doing 1.5M streams per week in the US now

It will be at 2.7M Units a year from now assuming it doesn't fall more.

a whole ass world tour did next to nothing for her catalogue streams but a movie that only stans will go see will ? :deadbanana2: i respect the optimism

Just irritating. Like, what will her legacy be when she’s truly a Legacy Act?

It’s already giving Blackground Entertainment teas there I said it :rip:

It’s so crazy because “BREAK MY SOUL” could’ve been an even bigger hit based off of the people I’ve played it for who I would normally not peg as Beyoncé listeners actually love it and have you guys not seen some of the reaction vids on YouTube? Like, we need to promote girlies [Parkwood]

Theres absolutely no way an artist like Beyoncé should sell 332k in her first week with a QUALITY album like Miss renny

Are her streams that bad? :deadbanana2:

I'm glad RENAISSANCE has made it as long as it has though. :clap3:

is it her longest charting album?

I wouldn’t say they are terrible, but I wouldn’t say they are good either. They are just there.

No, just BMS tbh:rip: The album as a whole is pretty well rounded

Ring the Alarm and Irreplaceable are the two songs I don't return to as much lately. The rest holds up really well.

the real legacy acts either pulling as much as she does or already outstreaming her… i fear for what her stats will look like in 10 years :mummy:

her not even stabilizing at 50m monthly listeners despite Renny, the remixes and Travis/Kendrick collabs :katie: a spooky season indeed

Stans thinking only Spotify exist as a streaming service is beyond insane. Y'all are never tired?

Beyoncé just made close to 600$M touring for this album. You think streaming would have given her close to that profit? when a million streams dont even earn those artist 100$? Just stop being stupid. Y'all want the music videos to gloat but do you think it would do a damn thing for her streams at this point? no.

Why would an artist slave herself for streams when she could make way more money performing her songs? and she loves performing on tours only at this point.

Like the saying goes it’s the inside that counts.

Oh and I have some good news for my haters. A couple weeks ago I got about ten thumbs down in this base for saying I don’t care for a Renaissance live album. After the backlash I went on YouTube and listened to the fan created live studio version of the album. I enjoyed cozy a little too much… I played it in my car while driving fast as I was 30 minutes late to work. I decided to do that arm dance at the beginning of the song with the chanting “***** TO THE SEMA TO THE WHAT WHAT!!! PRR PRRR PRRRR” aka my hands weren’t on the steering wheel and then i hit a curb and ****** up my rims.

this is categorically false, even when you look at Spotify only. who are you considering "real legacy acts" because???

Beyoncé is out performing The Beatles, Queen, Jay Z, Katy Perry, Lady Gawga, Maroon 5, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, P!nk, Miley Cyrus... on Spotify, let alone the forgotten names.

she doesn't have particularly strong streaming numbers but the attitude of "she's not pulling Spotify streams = she's forgotten and her legacy won't be there" is so liddo'd.

Karen barely saw any boost from her film so expect nothing for Giraffe. The next streaming boost will probably happen when she drops her next lead or album and that will be minimal.

I just hope she launches act ii early 2024, like I want the lead in January and a performance at the Grammys (yes I know I’m delusional)
