The spotify counter bars thing has updated Katy's Small Talk streams and it got 2,277,501 streams!

Boyfriend had over 100M playlisting in less than 48 hours and only did 4M WW. I doubt Small Talk came close to the amount of push.

Correct. She got typical A-List Spotify push. Even then, YNTCD still had less total Spotify playlisting than ST (Both second singles)
