So I was lurking around Spotify comparing the numbers to the latest X Factor UK winners to see who flopped the hardest and I found something... fishy :mrpeanut:

Matt Terry's 'Sucker For You' is at 85,537,618 plays at this very moment. That's quite surprising and high for a song that was a total flop at the time, peaking at #51 in the UK and #83 in Ireland and barely charting in a few European countries. The YouTube numbers are more realistic with 3,5M views.

For comparison, his 'Súbeme La Radio' remix, which went top 10 in the UK, is at 17 million plays.

What does ATRL think about this?

the song was on TTH aka it got tons of ww streams.

I thought about it being playlist, but since I found these numbers about a week ago, it had more than a million more plays, which are very good recurrent streams for that song :rip:

yh it was randomly on TTH for a while quite late in the song's release iirc

 

can't really explain it gaining another 1M in a week unless it is still on some playlists somewhere

I actually had sex to it a few times 2017 cause it would randomly play on shuffle
