There are more important things going on in the world than how many albums a person can sell. Everyone complained for years about a new Gaga album. She gives you one you still complain. You better enjoy it. When she breaks out in films again you may never see another album for many years if ever.

Congratulations to Lady Gaga. This will keep the naysayers quiet for a while. Will keep the "Her career is over" talk to a minimum.

The Super Bowl. The Super Bowl. Although he only appeared for 30 seconds on stage- he was viewed by millions. This is why artist want a Super Bowl appearance. He can thank Shakira and JLO.

Please stop calling THE GIFT a soundtrack. It's not a soundtrack. A sound track is music from the movie. The music on THE GIFT is not in the movie. Therefore it's not a soundtrack. It was just an album labelled The Lion King.

The classification as a single female artist is stupid. Bradley Cooper is on that album singing is heart out. Half of the album songs are duets. Two people singing.

It's a great album. Bradley/Gaga duets make the album special. They sound like they've been singing together for many years. The album will be Grammy nominated in one of the album categories.

All of these songs and the cd will submitted to Grammy for consideration in 6 months. We can wait six months. Consider the fact that the music aspect of the movie was not the focus. The film part of ASIB was their focus. The music rewards are extra prizes. The film and the acting was and is the major push points. Music success is a big surprise to everyone on the film. It was never to be pushed or promoted as a regular pop album with pop songs. That's why the other songs are being promoted. That's why Shallow is one of the biggest surprise hits of the year.

Because money was exchange in conjunction with it's release. Although food was involved. Example: years ago artists were attaching there cd sales with ticket sales to their concerts. Buy a ticket to the concert get a cd.

They still make cassettes???
