For anyone upset about her seemingly using songs from different eras: she's said this edition was inspired by people joking about her releasing a "Side C." In my opinion, rather than forcefully digging through decade old demos, she wanted to create a proper Side C from scratch, in the form of an EP of existing tracks that could fit seamlessly as an extra chapter to the album, and then attached it to the original.
