MS exceeded all expectations across every metric. It remained extremely stable on radio after reaching #1, and streaming numbers never slowed down, even without a high peak. Unfortunately, it didn't reach the top 10. That would have been the cherry on top.

New York City's never looked so blue… surely they aren't going to play a song that mentions Versailles instead of, what, Times Square? Jokes aside, the spin/aud ratio for "stupid song" looks promising.

The way no song outside the top 10 screams "#1 potential" other than "stupid song"... I can see STELLA and Ariana charting well too (maybe Malcolm and KATSEYE as well) but other than that... we're in a major dry spell.

Gurl it's the only possible option Hope "Earrings" doesn't suffer the same fate... it's definitely the bigger hit tho and Malcolm has a lot more hype as an artist.

"HTIMYLM" gains look like a final push to get it to #1, and then shift the focus to "petal". Honestly, I'd forgo investing in "petal" and focus entirely on maximizing "HTIMYLM" stability.

"drop dead" (130M) already has more total streams on US Spotify than "Risk It All" (118M) and "Midnight Sun" (85M), and it's currently charting above them (and "Dracula" as well) on US Apple Music. The #1 on radio might be a label push, but the public is definitely listening to it.

"Risk It All" was at #1 last Thursday and still lost to "Dracula". I'm not gonna take anything for granted, cause "vampire" still gives me war flashbacks...

The second I heard "drop dead" back in April, I knew it sounded like a radio classic. A lot of people doubted you, but I never did On a side note, now that "the cure" has established itself as the biggest streaming hit of the era, I wonder if Interscope will be dumb enough to send it to radio after "stupid song" (we want "expectations"!!!)

Currently at #5 on US Spotify and #10 on US Apple Music, even ahead of "HTIMYLM". What a smash. If this song isn't camping out at the top of Pop Radio in two months, I'll be tearing my hair out.

"drop dead" urgently needs to start gaining in audience, because going #1 with 35M would be embarrassing as hell. I know the big cities hate this song, but c'mon!
