Vance has declared Iran talks resulted in no new agreement and he's headed back to the US. Said Iran wouldn't agree to the US demands. He did not look happy.

The State Department has just issued a "Worldwide Caution" for all Americans worldwide, citing periodic airspace closures, diplomatic threats and groups supportive of Iran may target US interests around the world.
