Ciara gives me stubborn teas. I don't think she likes being told what to do. And that's understandable because some of these labels do be on bull but….. idk maybe she should listen a lor bit

Pretty much said this a few pages ago. Luckily for her the album has sold 100k units.

I remember Theron said ppl told him not to work with Ciara and a lot of csquad took that as her being blackballed but I took it as most producers/writers don't feel like she's worth investing. Soo many times she has recorded great material that ends up scrapped off the album or never getting single treatment. Producers do not like that.

To the last part Ciara is a top performer but she has not had a moment. She has no viral performances or recent viral choreo. Everybody knows she's a great dancers but I don't feel like she's done a good job of showcasing it, especially not in recent years. Her last moment was level up maybe? And before that "Ride"?

I honestly think Ciara keeps making music just to prove that she can…. to prove that she can "do it all" as a mother. It just feels like she keeps doing it to have something to check off her goals list, but she's not necessarily invested in it.

Both of yall are soo on point. ive been waiting on her to do something different for soo long and she keeps reverting back to the same basic unorganized bs. I swear Ciara, Jackie, Beauty Marks, &CiCi sound like they're all from the same session. and to think ppl have been begging for her and jazze to collab for years and they finally do it and its a song everybody will forget after one listen because it sounds just like all the other heap of mess Ciara throws out. A reunion after damn near 20 years and all they got is 170 comments on TikTok. 😐

Yeah it's sad that her second album still stands as her most muture body of work and she was only 21 when it was released. Ever since then it's been skating rink bops. though I like this new song I know it's not gonna catch on with the GP and neither will that Tyga song
