Malibu Babie the co-producer of Gorgeous has confirmed that it was supposed to be a single at one point. There were rumors around the time the album came out that Capitol wanted it to be the first single but Katy wanted Woman's World.

I will always love and support Katy even if i am the only one in the world doing it, however as a fan i can't help but want her to win especially considering others are winning with worst songs than this. The song is short and catchy and has a lot of potential to do good on streaming and TikTok it just needs more support.

a comment i saw on YouTube: "I saw this song on Katy's story a week before it was released and tried to Shazam it, but I couldn't find it. Turns out the song hadn't been released yet. LOL" I will never understand what they were thinking doing interviews, dancing on TikTok, posting snippets and performing a song that is not out yet. None of that should of happened. As Katy Kats we will remember and wait for the release date but people from the GP are not going to sit around waiting 2 weeks for a song that they are interested in to come out especially with attention spans being shorter.

I'm really upset about the response from a lot of Kats on social media that are ready to give up after one day. Surely we all knew this would not get huge numbers on the very first day or even week. She needs to build on the hype with lots of promo, tv appearances, radio deal, physical cd/vinyl, remixes, promote on TikTok etc. I really believe she still has it in her despite the cards being stacked against... hopefully things will get better soon

Exactly... but people were not able to stream or buy the song that entire time and this is why the streams ended up like this as people moved on . She should of never have released any snippets and announced the song the same week as release. Many people only listened to the snippet instead of being able to stream the full song.

This song will be HUGE on TikTok and it will give it a boost in upcoming weeks, along with the upcoming promotion and performances..... the haters should enjoy themselves while they can because in a month they will not be able to

I thought the reason for Watch it burn coming out next week and not tomorrow was because they were going to promote Wonder but no 😭😭 Even filming a TikTok video is free and only going to take less than a minute but i don't think she cares

I have been listening to gorgeous so much recently and realized how good it really is, it has become my most listened song from 143. Wish they spent some money on this and had a bigger name on it Ariana/Doja/Dua/Sabrina/Miley/Tate and made it a single instead of IHHM. Then again i don't if anyone would of agreed because of the producer....

Unpopular opinion: I love this! the damage with 143 is already done, her ignoring the album is not going to make the haters ignore it so she might as well promote it and wonder is a great song that will fit the aesthetics of the world cup. The wider world is not going to care about the online controversy behind the album and could help make the song/album rise outside of the US.

All of her albums are great including 30, but If i listen to Adele right now i am only listening to her upbeat songs (OMG / Can i get it / Easy on me / Send my love / Rolling in the deep / Set Fire) and the rest of her songs i listen to during October - January.

In the era of nostalgia i feel like a new series would work. Also the Teen Wolf movie they released in 2023 broke the paramount+ debut record.
