  1. They better do everything in their power to make it a smash because it's just THAT good!
  2. It's the 2nd best song of the album after Danceteria so I'm not surprised!!
  3. Not Danceteria dropping the most in Day 2 like I will not take this SLANDER to her best song in like 20 yrs!!
  4. Also, this sounds sooo up in the alley of Toy Story. Sounds uniquely Taylor and Toy Story that I didn't know we all needed.
  5. The power of TS is that she knows when to shift gears at the right place and at the right time. She needed it after her sound was becoming stagnant with Midnights & TTPD. She might be a lil late this time, but she did it again and everyone's rejoicing.
  6. This I agree. While the song is great and a step into the right direction, she should've came back with a bang with a proper lead single!
  7. With how she's neglecting this era and is paying it dust, this deserves to flop into oblivion and I really mean it. Such a waste because the showgirl concept is very interesting and has a lot that can be explored but she's just letting everything go to waste. Taysis you don't care about the era? Fine, we ain't caring about it as well anymore.
  8. Alright after further thinking, here's how the singles should be: The Fate of Ophelia: Oct 2025 Opalite: Feb 2026 Wood remix: May 2026 Elizabeth Taylor: Sept 2026 Wi$h Li$t: Dec 2026 (promo single only with just a music video release in time for Christmas) The Life of a Showgirl: Jan 2027 (with massive Grammy performance)
  9. So The Sun is wrong with the Brits tea this time? Thought we'd have a reliable insider already but i guess not
  10. Also, Opalite needs to be a lot more global. Ophelia's streams from the US account for less than 20% of its everyday total, whereas Opalite's US streams account for roughly 25% of its total streams everyday. It can actually shoot for 3 million streams daily if it's just more global
  11. Oh wow, now you're serving taste. Honey is a true jam and I can see it smashing while people cruise on the summer air breeze or chill by the beach.
  12. What him still win AOTY despite this middling reception
  13. I'm sorry but Go is FIRE. And what an artistic music video as well
  14. I actually dream of her tour to focus more on the beloved deepcuts tbh. Like give a spotlight to Guilty As Sin, YOYOK, I Think He Knows, Hits Different, Enchanted, Is It Over Now, The Alchemy, Father Figure, August, Midnight Rain, Cornelia Street, Call It What You Want, New Romantics, Sparks Fly, Ours, etc etc. But definitely only in my Wildest Dreams (ah, ah)
  15. I have a feeling that Opalite might not be an Ophelia-type of smash at any moment, but it will perform something similar to Style - it will outlast most of the singles or the era because it's just that good of a bop. Both are the fan favorites anyway with lackluster videos. Ophelia will be somehow like the Blank Space of Showgirl tho - her classic, swiftian signature song (hopefully) that will forever be acclaimed. Now release the Bad Blood of the era aka Wood ft Bruno Mars or idk who they think can carry that song and make a massive video for it. Maybe Wishlist can be the Wildest Dreams of Showgirl as well - that dark horse of a song no one thought would be a hit but it did.
