I think they're wanting a high placement (possible no 1) in the UK albums chart and with both Charli and The Strokes releasing on July 24th it just won't happen

so many albums coming out that day, Charli, Tyla, The Strokes ... all in the top 10 pre-saves on Spotify for that week where FLO isn't, not sure why its two weeks and not just one though to be fair, with smaller artists I dont mind a delay because higher chart placements really do mean a lot more for their career than for bigger artists
