Britney at her peak was a much better performer than Taylor but part of what made the Eras Tour so successful wasn't just Taylor's ability as a performer, it was her stamina and ability to get through a 3 hour show a few times every week for over a year. Like someone said earlier, I don't know if Britney could have done that even when she was in better health, especially considering how much more complex and demanding Britney's choreography would be

I think a large theme of the album will be Taylor feeling the need to defend herself against Joe and the rest of the world for writing another breakup album.
