  1. I still think debut is coming, this interview on a monday tells me yes she wants to promo I knew it more, but I think she's finally leaning into the anniversary stuff and I'm hopeful she'll announce it by the end of the week
  2. so will 2026 be the first calendar year without a Taylor release since 2018? Taylor Nation posting about "Country Heat" playlists when 60% of the fanbase was clowning for debut was cruel lol
  3. I don't think she would've performed Crazier during the Eras tour if that were the case… I feel like her performance alluded to it being on Debut TV
  4. Immediately no. Omg we need a new cover, new font, new photos. She can't disregard Debut on the eras tour and not give her the requisite visuals either. Omg
  5. Honestly, this release would be fun to have some pre-release tracks. I'm sorry but her dripfeeding strategy of releasing weekly variants and sharing the tracklist 40 days after the announcement need to stop. How many more streaming records does she need to break? If anything she should pivot to trying to get more #1 singles or songs.
  6. Vinyl and the fact that few artists want to release until it's ready. The discrepancy between physical and digital releases nowadays
  7. twelve years ago, i had to do a project on this book for ap lit and we had to watch the movie too and present it to the class. i showed the scene where astrid confronts ingrid in jail…. absolutely iconic. i love this book and film endlessly. to answer your question: i'd say ingrid's performance was incredible
  8. You can sure count on a weekly Taylor Nation social media post about "I Knew It, I Knew You," however
  9. Was it ever explained why the 20th anniversary re-recording of The Spirit Room was taken off streaming? And how is this EP different from that?
  10. So what do we think about Taylor's dinner party with country radio executives last week? Is it for IKI, IKY / Debut / TS13?
  11. Her "dot dot dot" comment in 2020 is the last time this was funny. Now, it's just old.
  12. Didn't something similar happen with Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday II too? I think the Billboard rule change in mid-2021 has caused this problem. Artists had no problem with surprise releases because they had the pre-order sales to bank on, but now those orders don't count until the items ship. So now not only do we have this issue, but we also have the issue where albums are basically shelved for 6+ months so that vinyl can go out. It's really annoying if you ask me all around. I'm kind of resentful of vinyl, honestly
  13. "maggots for brains" is on loop for me. i've always been a fan of olivia's songwriting but she really leveled up with her metaphors and description and lyricism. i also enjoy that she's tapped further into the rock sound
  14. It baffles me how she abandoned it as a single. Why didn't she try and tap into the *NSYNC sound that trended and make a remix? Release a second music video? Make remix CDs? A third #1 from Showgirl could've been a reality
  15. The poses of most of the photos, from what I can see, resemble Beth Garrabrant's style: you have Taylor's signature mouth open and looking away from the camera in multiple takes. None of them look album cover-worthy, but they do look very debut coded. I will say that none of those photos match the exclusive cover photos from the "I Knew It, I Knew You" CDs....so I'm curious to see if we find out what's going on here sooner as opposed to later.
