someone already answered for fromis so in regards to oh my girl, theyre mostly focusing on dramas + variety. alchemy of souls pt 2 is airing and arin is going to be in the special stage with the other 99z, yooa had her solo cb for the arts not charts + is focusing on producing, mimi is doing photoshoots, hyojung climbed mt kilimanjaro for a variety show + filmed the documentary that some other idols are on, seunghee's doing variety + released an ost for minho's drama + has been casted in a drama, and yubin is on her two variety shows + taking acting lessons. they are actually quite busy and even said theyve hardly seen each other for months. i hope they get a cb for early next year + the concert theyve been asking for

not sure why you'd use spotify numbers but even if you do, stayc comes out on top. o.o and wadada are outliers, stayc has a more consistent performance across the board and has more monthly listeners than kep1er actually. also neither nmixx or kep1er have hit 1b digitals so not sure why that's a mark against stayc either. kep1er and nmixx are naturally bigger than stayc internationally coming from a big 4 company + produce 101 ripoff but neither live up to their expected results while stayc is surpassing theirs

wonyoung (and ive as a whole) has more female fans than male ones. back when she was a child, she definitely had more male fans () but ever since she got skinnier and started having a more chic image, her fanbase became predominantly female. i've seen comments on pann and the like disparaging her for "not really being popular among men" or "losing her popularity among men". the same is said about new jeans, except for haerin(?), who they say is popular among men. while she does have male fans, i think a lot of men are intimidated by her height since she got taller. she also seems a bit insecure about it bc she has a habit of bending her knees when she stands. i honestly cant see current wonyoung taken down by a dating rumor/scandal. if anything, i fear for the man that dates her. he'll be torn to shreds if he's anything less than a chaebol. her unnie fans are that serious.

stayc is my fave 4th gen group but i can acknowledge that their vocals arent the best. but overall, their vocals are used in a way that's at least dynamic, interesting, and fit for their songs. yes seventeen/nuest/gfriend/fromis arent included in the swath of hybe vocaloids, tho i will say at least for seventeen and gfriend i noticed a change in their mixing when they joined hybe. its not terrible, but its there. the production quality is there (unsurprising, they work with a lot of great producers/composers) but the vocals dont elevate the production like they should. so it comes off unfulfilling.

stayc also has mid vocals but they're at least dynamic and diverse in their vocals. though im not surprised they lack vocals and sound similar, that seems to be a thing with hybe groups. i tried listening to txt recently and had to stop bc they all sounded vocaloided

lashings aside, mhj is unfortunately quite smart. not only has she secured the fanbase, she's secured the gp, the fashion girlies, and with ditto the interest of kdrama fans. the park jihu and choi hyunwook feature was a welcome surprise. both are rising actors (park jihu an award winning actress most known for all of us are dead and choi hyunwook known for 2521 and weak hero class 1) with huge teen fanbases. new jeans is securing crossover appeal in several directions. a certain star museum should take note.

ditto is cute (the mv in particular is amazing) but it wouldnt make noise if anyone else released it. they get called "a breath of fresh air" but when other groups/artists that released similarly melodic songs were called boring. also whats this trend of groups having amazing instrumentals but just refusing to sing. maybe its because they cant but it takes away a lot of enjoyment when im imagining how much better the song would sound if someone else sang it. give something like ditto to rv and it goes from cute to heavenly.
