Yes for example she lipped on VS recently but who doesn't? At least she used live vocals from recent tours. But here with Dula Peep she's really singing it's not prerecorded vocals. And yes they would sound better if they rehearsed which they didn't do coz Cher rarely rehearse anything with dancers and other crew members, she just shows up and do her thing.
