Not seeing enough love for Wedding Season The last 30 seconds alone with the instrumental and her voice - oh wow

Just got my Toronto tickets - I'm ready to see GODly

I was wondering the same thing! Didn't she do Budweiser Stage/RBC Amphitheatre last time she toured Toronto? I think her team is underestimating how much demand she has in Canada based on these venues. Wishing all of us luck

We got Grins as our surprise song. I was gagged Wish we got two surprise songs though like the earlier dates, but oh well. Great experience overall!

Omfg YES - how does she do it so effortlessly? Imagine saving something like this to be your Japanese Bonus Track. Reaching for a Star is quite intriguing, the instrumental is very interesting, but I feel like I need a bit of time to click with it

Thank you king! That is so exciting to hear

https://www.metacritic.com/music/day-and-night/carly-rae-jepsen There's no Metacritic thread, but it's currently at 83. Could we finally get universal acclaim?? Prayer circle for Godly

Can we at least expect any pop girls on this album? Or when can we expect to hear more about the future releases?

I was thinking the exact same thing!! The chorus and the instrumental breakdown that follows is so Wrong Feels So Right, but like a more contemporary version

Diver is so mesmerizing and I love it. I feel like if they added more throbbing synths, it could have been a sister to Warm Blood

Day Trinity: Habits of Creatures / Burning Heart / Lonely Side of the Bed Honourable Mention: Versailles Night Trinity: Amalfi Coast / Patience Power Passion / No Labels, I Love You Honourable Mention: Diver After listening to the album for like 6 hours now, I think I can say that this would be my tentative ranking. Overall, I do agree with the general consensus that Day is a stronger project, but that's not to say that Night doesn't have its moments to shine. There's definitely lots of songs to go back to and it's impossible to capture every detail, but this has been such an incredible album and I would say it's one of her best works - not that she's capable of releasing a bad album

The outro to Good Fine Alright. Oh wow

AMALFI COAST

NMECarly Rae Jepsen – 'Day And Night' review: a blissful alb...On double album 'Day And Night', Carly Rae Jepsen splits her time between lightly psychedelic pop and reassuringly classy club bangers.3.5/5 from NME. Mind you, they gave Emotion 3/5 while giving both TLT and Dedicated 4/5 I feel like critics like her enough, but they're not yet at the level of wanting to give her critical acclaim which is so criminal to me. Not that it matters ultimately, but our girl deserves a universally acclaimed album.

But you gave Travis/Taylor the benefit of the doubt recently by claiming their praise for an Israeli restaurant doesn't necessarily make them zionists, yet you're always adamant that Gaga is one - you love to play a guilty by association game only to those you clearly dislike OT: Congrats Gaga!
