She's doing very well and I think she's surprising a lot of people (cause sales have been awful lately, especially for the pop girls) but there is just NO way anyone is coming close to Adele's record anytime soon. It just isn't realistic imo.

I'm taking a stand against how long this freaking rate has taken by not taking part in the rest of it (ps diamond heart and PI are the best songs on the album and should win)

I don't know why people are surprised, can only assume they're not from the UK - he is huge here, definitely close to being the male Adele. I'm so pleased nobody beat her record though, hopefully she'll beat it herself with her next album
