In Italy it's certified platinum, OP says it's diamond - I wish it was!

Wikipedia is wrong, the top 100 is only streaming + digital sales without radio. The top 40 is radio + streaming (but no digital sales) but since digital sales have literally NEVER been a thing here it’s irrelevant 

Also Flanders is the only Belgium we acknowledge and matters, economically, culturally, politically, and Dua stanically
