It's most likely past 500K, she was 50K away from it a couple months ago.

 

She's also almost Platinum in the UK (300K)!

yeah i know about the UK, it’s so weird how hard she smashed even with the album delay (those turn out to be messy almost always)

Right? 800K from the US/UK alone. 

What really got me is the album being Gold in the US while she only has 1 hit there.
