Re Pumpkin Spice...

 

It's literally a bunch of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc.) put together to make a seasonal item whereas pumpkin is usually a standalone typically used as a main ingredients in dessert items. But I digress

From the list of majority answers, only "Snails", "Ratatouille", "Onion Soup", and "Goose Torture" (Foie Gras) are correct.

 

"Baguette" is a French food, but it is not a dish.

"French Fries" is a dish, but it is not French.

50/50 of being reasonable, I would say. 

 

And while I acknowledge "French Fries" as being a dumb answer,  I also recognize the strategic thought-process behind "French Fries" as being a smart move.  Sure, not all those who picked "French Fries" had this motive, but those who did pushed it to a win.
