That has more to do with so many people having bought the album, and her not giving her singles the right treatment in all formats

If Adele had released promo singles before 25's release, they would have gone #2 probably, they probably would've gotten blocked by Hello

Yes, because by then, the album was already out and everyone owned it (remember it sold well over 5M copies in a month, right?)
