Welcome to the 3rd (yes, you read that correctly) rate of the Pre-2000s Divas albums. Big thanks to Ace for letting me to do this rate (and I hope the next ones too lol). This rate will be the toughest because we have AMAZING albums (Control, True Blue, I'm Your Baby Tonight, Rhythm of Love, Music Box and The Colour of My Love). So please take your time, because your scores can change EVERYTHING!

I wanted to open this thread on the Christmas week but I started to listen to Whitney's album and wanted to give my opinion on it

• Rate each song from 1 to 10. Decimals are allowed but only to 1 decimal place (7.8 is fine, but 7.82 is not).
• Now you can give each album 11 but only ONCE (example, if u gave 'La Isla Bonita' from 'True Blue' 11, u can't give other song from this album another 11), but only ONE 0 (example, if u gave 'La Isla Bonita' from 'True Blue' 0, u can't give any other song from 'True Blue' or other album 0).

I NEED yall to not sleep on Rhythm of Love, it's always been super underrated and is one of Kylie's best albums!!!!! Like usual, the Whitney & Celine albums are the only two I don't know yet so those will be fun to get into.

I'm kinda surprised how good Whitney's 3rd album is. Way better than the first two in my opinion

Whitney's album has such a spectacularly strong start but then the album kind of falls of. But then Higher Love? So ******* good. Ngl the album deserves three 11s, even if the rest of the songs are whatever.

 

I only have Celine left, let's see what she has to offer!
