Who is the best chanteuse when it comes to releasing covers or covering songs?

BENI is a J-pop artist and her most successful album is her COVERS album, which is certified Platinum. She sung popular Japanese pop songs from male artists in English. Not only did she release successful cover albums but she has been invited to multiple karaoke shows to showcase her vocals. This bilingual songstress not only sung popular jpop songs but she has covered multiple artists here as well:

Not everyone released a Platinum certified album based solely on covers.
Who is the best covers chanteuse in your opinion?

most artists from the 30s - 40s - 50s - 60s were ALL releasing their own versions of other people's songs

Mandy Moore

Denis Stoff covered 3 Weeknd Songs, Zayn, MCR, Slipknot, Linkin Park and Mariah Carey :dies:

and they were all amazing. I liked them better than the OGs actually of how he can change his vocal tones for anything
