they broke into a building smashing its windows and took hostage a few workers (who they eventually let out) and the building itself 💀

There were no hostages. But you are a pathological liar, like when you said Biden condemned Israel many times without offering examples. No one believes you, buddy.

They're not peaceful and they're illegal. Private property.

But this isn't a lawn. It's a building protesters violently broke into and took hostage. 💀 which news flash is illegal.

"I don't care if they break the law they are protesting a genocide!"

Yes and they can do that all they want. But actions do have consequences.

there was no need for breaking into the building and taking it over. If anyone thought that wasn't just gonna give ammunition to the school to take action they are naive

Today I got pulled over for the first time in my life going 42 in a 30 with a clean record. Of course the piece of lard gave me a citation and I'm pissed I have to go to court tomorrow

ACAB!!!!!! I hope protesters grow some balls and start lighting police cars on fire in solidarity for my stupid ticket.

How exactly does demanding that your university divest from Google, Amazon, and Microsoft stock qualify as a protest?

Students are still going to use Google search to complete homework, faculty will be lecturing from their Microsoft Windows 11 devices, and Amazon will be the service used to deliver classroom materials to the school.

None of this makes sense to people outside of the activist bubble.

There were many new developments. And with each new update it makes even less sense what they're doing.

A giant coordinated peace rally to send a global message of solidarity out to the world would make perfect sense.

An encampment on a private university wherein you attempt to steer the school's investment decisions away from the world's biggest companies does not.

Breaking into and occupying campus buildings for no further apparent reason is just insane. They've lost the plot.

Honey we did not get where we are today by doing what makes sense to your kind. Y'all scared shaking in your corporate friendly boots and well y'all should be. The status quo is changing
