I know this is out of topic but I wonder if leaving the TAP management also restricts Dua from collaborating with KOZ (Stephen Kozmeniuk) again from producing new songs  (producer of Levitating, Physical, Love Again, Hotter Than Hell, IDGAF).

 

Because i have read from a different forum that KOZ is under the TAP management. Is this the main reason why?

Is it because DUA also wanted a more cohesive sound with Kevin Parker/Danny Harle as the main producers?

There are rumors that Ian Kirkpatrick produced one or two songs from the album.

 

i wonder if Stephez KOZmeniuk made it as well. It would be interesting to hear his sounds being psychedelic and giving us that Levitating Love Again Physical hits we had before.

I think neither. Houdini, Training Season, and Illusion all sound different from each other. She mentioned in an interview early on what the songs will have most in common is a lyrical theme. I feel that we will get a bunch of unique sounds and the lyrical theme will tie them all together which makes me excited

She does need a new choreographer tbh, Charm was a great first coach for bringing her out of her shell but it is literally a matter of time before someone tweets about how she's still doing the same twirls and body rubs she was doing the entire FN era for this era and it's over for her

I don't want to be a buzzkill but I wasn't impressed by any of these, Houdini's MV is carried by the camera work  Just none of them give me the big moments FN were, they feel like she's coasting on the progress she made four years ago, but that's just me.

I'd unstan if she replaces Charm. You guys saw 30 seconds of one choreo that it's not that good but let's not reach. They work great together and she's responsible for Dua's evolution when it comes to stage presence.

It's cute and there was definitely nothing wrong with it, it's just what I expected from her. FN had so many big moments in that she continuously was up to stuff nobody expected from her and she was smashing it. A big problem with this whole era's reception so far is that a lot of people (and myself to some extent) expected her to meet that pressure and keep pushing herself outwards but instead it feels like she's found a comfort zone, not that she didn't work hard to get to it. Idk I just feel it's showing in everything from the choreo, the music, the visuals and the general marketing approach to this era.

that dance break went viral on the Internet and it's literally the second most watched performance of that night, right after Miley's + many people commenting it's the best performance of her career (which I agree with cuz it's way better than her 2021 performance)
