Rain On Me by Lady Gaga

Yeah, it was hit globally & in the US but it's talked about like it's a huge smash hit on here:rip:

I mean it's only a little above 4M in the US after nearly 4 years, and peaking at #1.

The non US stats are slightly better but still lol

I love Kylie Minogue but yeah... it is ridiculously overrated by gays in general as well. Imagine if the song was recorded by Rita Ora like it almost was, the same gays who worship the song would be saying it's trash.

Damage by H.E.R.

The second-highest peaking solo song of H.E.R.’s career yet only reached number 44 and at just over 3 million units after 4 years despite having been one of the biggest R&B radio hits of 2021.

I was waiting for this thread to backfire cause the setup was there :dies:

Blackpink songs. Their songs have billions of views but people barely know them.

Million Reasons and Rain On Me are great answers to be honest.

Shape of You - sounds like unfinished demo, with no catchy hook and it's one of biggest songs in last years.

Despacito - bland latin song, and a global hit

more recent:

Cruel Summer - just boring song, pop Taylor had much better singles like Blank Space, Style or Out of the Woods.

Greedy - I don't get its popularity, for me that's neither catchy nor good

Those came to my mind.

Spoiler

"Damage" isn't even 4 years old dumbasses:bibliahh:It will be closer to 4M copies sold than 3M in its 4th year out.  And selling over 3M copies but peaking at #44 ain't overrated either🤡

More overrated success songs -

1. Never Really Over by Katy Perry.  Peaked Top 20 and still isn't anywhere near eligible for 3X Platinum after almost 5 years:bibliahh:Yet this site acts like it was some comeback for Ms. Perry.

2. Chained To The Rhythm peaked Top 10, made Hot 100 Year End. Still not eligible for 3X Platinum after 7 years. :bibliahh:
