I've been listening to some russian music and wow .. the music, the visuals  The smash after smash, they way they dominated the 2000's, I thought some of you would like this because these are ANTHEMS! (and there's no base for it I think?). The  different concepts and the melodies really remind me of the 2000's-2010's pop girls.

Hmm, never heard of the first group, might give them a try. But I'm a big SEREBRO stan (well, was), I still listen to their (almost) flawless discography to this day. Meanwhile, stream one of the best russian albums of all time by miss Seryabkina:

I love them! Especially their first songs and their EDM "phase". The Дыши-Опиум-Скажи, не молчи-Сладко punch 

 

VIA GRA was one of the biggest groups in Russia/Ukraine (and did some numbers in ...Japan ), Vera Brezhneva and LOBODA were in the line-up

 

tbh these groups change their lineups too frequently that I don't even bother to remember their names

Yes, musically they stayed strong throughout the whole decade

I follow them individually from time to time but I only found it last year and I was surprised how good it is, the only skip is Friday, almost all of their english songs are kinda bad and it showed again It's a shame how it ended between her and Temnikova, they had a really good chemistry in music videos. Let me know what you think about the album

Exactly, with SEREBRO it got to the point where there wasn't a single member from the original lineup and that was the end of it all.
