Probably because it’s awful. 

i absolutely adored the music she has released the past few years, after revealing the awful things that have happened to her. I too hope we get to hear more one day. 

 

Rockferry is a classique in my eyes. Mercy, Warwick Avenue, Stepping Stone, Syrup & Honey, Rain on Your Parade… whew 

This one still crushes my heart,so relatable  

 

 

 

The outro is one of the best music moment ever. An ode to a new beginning

 

 

 

 

 

Stepping Stone is another poignant ballad that didn't take a wrinkle

 

 

 

Loved this one too.

 

 

Hanging Too Long, Delayed Devotion are other great songs.

 

Anyway this album really doesn't pale in comparaison to first attempts like "19" or "Frank"

 

Same, Rockferry is a classic and I come back to its songs from time to time

I also loved Endlessly and I think it’s unfairly hated on. My Boy, Keeping My Baby, Well Well Well, the title track, and Hard for the Heart are all stellar tracks, so basically more standouts than on an album of the average ATRL fave

I'm listening to Rockferry now... I fell like if Duffy had released "Distant Dreamer" during the Xmas season it would've def become a holiday classic. It kinda sounds like a Xmas song tbh
