Anaconda, SFG, RedRuby aren't samples, they are interpolations. Which is even worse, because she can't have a hit without copy-pasting a huge portion of a former hit into her new songs.

While sometimes confused with sampling a sound recording, interpolating a musical work is different because it does not involve using any of the actual audio sounds contained in a preexisting recording. Instead, new audio is recorded.

Ye, they could easily record elements of Super Freak in order to use it in a different way in SFG.

Sampling is usually more minor. You take a small part of a song and chop it, stretch it etc to use in your new songs. The end song doesn't usually have strong resemblances to the sampled song. 

What Nicki has done with those is a mix of sampling and interpolations. Those songs are super similar to the originals. They lift melodies, instrumentals and vocal samples. 

The way none of those songs are close to being her biggest hits. So yeah, she can.

See my edit, but ye, Anaconda was done way better. Plus Baby Got Back wasn't as big of a hit so it wasn't so on the nose like SFG

What?  Anaconda is one of the worst sampled songs in the history of sampled songs (or interpolation, whatever you want to call it). It’s over 4 minutes of the original track being played over and over again. I’d argue Nicki is probably 30% of Anaconda  SFG was sampled much better and more subtly.

 

And stating Baby Got Back isn’t as known as Can’t Touch This is… a choice.

It was #2 on YEC Billboard Hot 100 in 1992 and even won Grammy for Best Rap Solo Performance.

Of course. Same thing with Jack Harlow and First Class. The only reason why songs like SFG, Anaconda, and First Class are popular is because most of the songs are ripped off from big hits. 
 

Regardless of how much she wants people to think she’s the “Queen of Rap,” No one is actually here for Nickis rap singles. That’s why they flop so hard. She should take a page out of Cardi’s book and learn how to make straight rap songs that can top the charts like WAP and Up

Her newest song is flopping with a sample, so no. 

Super Bass and Starships weren’t sample, so I don’t believe so.

 

Even if that was the case, what’s so bad about that if all the other rap girls are relying on samples too?

Are we only talking about in the last 10 years? Removing all her smash hits from 2009-2012? If so, I believe the answer is still no. She has had multiple bigger hits than SFG or Anaconda (being US or WW) which didn't have samples at all.
