I bet new album will come out closer to end of the year to capitalise more from Xmas season but hey better that than nothing

I feel like it's going to come out earlier than that because songs from it will be played on tour.

They’re performing at SNL next week, aren’t they? I hope there will be a new song or at least a teaser of some sort. I mean new info regarding Vol. 2 suddenly coming out at the moment feels deliberate imo

They performed Fix You, Human Heart and an English version of The Astronaut. I guess SNL was just to promote their new US shows. About the album, Chris met with some fans in São Paulo and apparently it will have 9 tracks or more, he also mentioned a song called Jupiter, which is allegedly more "pride" than People of the Pride. The band are playing an excerpt of Aeterna at select dates as well:

Last but not least, they started to record One World in São Paulo, apparently the plan is recording a million voices for the song. For now it sounds like a mantra to me, similar to Chinese Sleep Chant from Viva, who knows how the final product will be though...

they also performed a few years ago together and are friends so its actually possible
