I wonder what made him choose acting over being a full-time pop star like his MMC co-stara? He has a band so music is definitely an interest of his, and it's not like he couldn't act on top of the music gig.

I feel like music is very fleeting.  Like…you can be literally in one day, and out the next.  
 

So I could see music destroying his overall reputation (if not careful).  :michael:  I mean…literally look at his co-stars now.  :skull: (although they did have long music careers, at least).  
 

We see more singers aspiring to be actors/directors/producers, b/c it’s more lucrative and stable.  Not the other way around. Imo.
