If Adam Lambert was born a decade later and debuted now would he have SMASHED? Would talent have prevailed?

 

 

Probably not cause unlike all these current males, he's openly gay. He'd have a lot more favorability among like the tikTok generation, but I dont feel confident he'd be able to take that appeal across a wide enough demographic in order to sustain the success someone like Harry has on multiple formats.

He wouldnt even made it for a short time like he did with his debut. 

 

Back then American Idol was still making stars and Adam was special/different and not alot were like him. 

 

Now he wouldn't have stood out..
