I haven't listened to the album, but, maybe the critics are lashing her because the album might not feel like a P!nk album at all? That's my biggest worry, since looking at the album credits I found out she didn't write in seven songs... that's the less involvement she's ever had in an album since Can't Take Me Home. Even in Hurts 2B Rejects she wrote in 90% of the songs

Yeah, it’s very strange for me as well. I’d still like to think that another album will come next year so she split the songs into two projects

Ok, my instant favs are Last Call, Our Song and Hate Me.

 

Last Call is so lovely, it makes me smile the whole song, hahahahahahahahaha 

 

Our Song reminds me the good old days when singers still make stunningly beautiful ballads, it could be a Celine Dion song actually.

 

Hate Me, well, typical P!nk, how can we not love that?

I think it's too early for a definitive ranking but I'd say it's her best post-motherhood album

Going by the preview, Greg Kingstin the alberm MVP isn't he? Kinda shook he also produced the Stapleton collab AND Runaway.

Greg Kurstin really makes the whole thing come together, just like he did with TTAL.

Hmmmmm this is just my opinion, but I'd say it's kinda in line with the last two albums (BT -- TF -- then H2BH-but H2BH's highs are higher). And IMO not better than Funhouse, no. 

 

But mind, it's still very fresh on the ears. Things might change for me.

If they didn’t care to make the other superior songs singles in the first place, they won’t bother now

And the biggest blunder is that it's the single version... you can't even click on it to get to the album

I kinda love BT and this feels very much in line with that.

 

The less said about H2BH the better...

Yeah, IMO BT is better than TF. There's more "warmth" to it if that makes any sense.
