Should just complain about that particular mod in HQ and tag Ryan or pm Ryan directly.

I wouldn't be surprised if the artists had nothing to do with this particular promo and Spotify just promoted listening on their own. Or this promo came in some kind of promo package that the label paid for upfront along with stuff like TTH placement and playlist covers 

The fact it didnt work cuz adele flopped  

^^ What they said. I wonder who is behind this tactic (artist, label, Spotify). Because several artists do it, it seems pretty unlikely that artists ask for it directly.
