Janet's record is for "hits" , not "entries".

If people are upset about this, I can't wait 'till they realize 9 top 10s would put her past Madonna :gaycat6:

1) Billboard need to adjust their system, diminishing achievements of the past for a week’s run. (Similar to Drake’s drops)

2) Janet achieved seven TOP FIVE hits from the same album, not just top 10.

3) These are chart entries, not “hits”. Most of them will fall out soon.

4) Janet’s Hot 100 RN singles were all separately and independently run across 18 months which is more impressive.

5) Rhythm Nation LP also went number one on the 1990 year end. Who knows yet where Midnight will sit.

Rhythm Nation’s achievements and records are not being diminished at all.

And exactly what song of Taylor's will be remembered in 10 or 20 years? Shake it up? :toofunny3:

Is it any more messed up than when Drake or Ariana flooded the top 10 with their album bombs as well? Its just the way things are now, get with the times. It’s just a made up chart, if it bothers you so much make up your own :rip:

Not rly

it was the same for them too

this would've never happened in the other sales climates :rip:

Like..what is the point comparing a Janet record from 30 years ago, when rules were Totally different

to now, when u can chart an entire album in the Top10 :deadbanana2:

Comparing old and new records is pointless and misleading :deadbanana2:

Rhythm Nation 1814 which was released in 1989 is currently the female album with most top 10 H100 hits (7).

Janet's record is safe, I fear. :foxaylove2:

Billboard likes considering The Complete Confection a different era, despite now combining every version of everything, including remix album Club Future Nostalgia into the separately-released parent album. All that to avoid admitting Katy broke MJ's record with Part of Me. :matty:

These songs will most likely drop after the album's release, they're hardly top 10 "hits" :rip:

Janet's gonna be fine
