I don't think that should ever be a basis to say one is bigger than the other. But to each their own I guess.

Which songs are in jeopardy of not getting top ten? Question, Bejeweled? Do we also need to stream Labyrinth?

Vigilante **** and Question will probably be 9th and 10th

Bejeweled has more than enough with the video

Labyrinth, Mastermind and Sweet Nothing arent going top 10, but I mean if you want her to have the top 11...

Even if Taylor completes the Top 10 sweep, I can’t consider Midnights to be bigger than Scorpion. Aside from First Class and She Likes It, I don’t see any other song going recurrent. (If FC or SLI survives Midnights, it will only hurt its case.) Scorpion completely changed the landscape of the charts, and even took Plug Walk to recurrency from #15 (two spots away from its peak). Not to mention, Scorpion had very good longevity after its first week.

Scorpion isn't even bigger than Folklore or Lover :ahh:

So the new benchmark for success is whether or not an album drop makes other people’s songs go recurrent? :ahh:

The way you losers have to invent new deranged made up benchmarks every time

She completely demolishes expectations :ahh:

Do you know Taylor is the queen of album longevity? Like literally. Midnights era will be bigger overall.

The delusion of some people to undermine her achievements by comparing her to Drake when she is literally rivaling him in streams and you cannot compare Taylor and Drake in terms of pure sales because be also comes up short.

In the end, they are both very popular artist whose peaks have been extraordinary in the charts and they both should he applauded for it.

Also, if it was that EASY for someone to debut 10 songs in the top 10, then other people would’ve accomplished this by now. She continues to amaze me. She really surrounds herself with smart and savvy people.

Taylor now predicted to have the entire Top 10, as well as 13 of the Top 15:

Can ya’ll do a “stream Labyrinth” campaign now because you’ve been so mean to the best song on the album.

Making songs go recurrent has nothing to do with Midnights performance… This argument makes absolutely no sense. :lmao:

Say she released the album around Christmas and there’s barely any recurrent songs on the charts due to the flood of Christmas music. Depending on the time of the year the number of songs that have stayed on the charts due to longevity fluctuations. Say another big artist released the same week as Taylor, then a bunch more would go recurrent too. It literally has nothing to do with Midnights performance. What matters is sales & streams overtime, that shows the true impact of an album.  :rip:

Labyrinth debut at #13 is better than #11 :giraffe:

Hopefully all Taylor solo song debut in the top 3:jonnycat:

Now if we can keep that horrid as it was and sunroof away, it will be a great way to end the year. Holiday songs are coming soon too

Well damn, that's a really solid gap :jonny:

Their numbers are pretty close to mine. I had a feeling she’d make it just fine. Don’t know if SOTB will beat Midnight Rain though.

Now it just comes down to whether Billboard intentionally intervenes by changing the formula, and there’s no reason to think they will.
