She was mostly marketed as a singer and most of her big singles are actually ballads/mid-tempos (No Air, Tattoo, Battlefield), so there wasn't much she could do in terms of choreo, but starting with "I Am Woman" and then with "Double Tap," the lead single of her third album, she started doing some choreography.

 

 

 

She also showed her dancing abilties on The Masked Dancer:

Forgot to mention "S.O.S (Let the Music Play)" at Vh1 Divas, probably the first time she did some choreo. But I couldn't find a video on YT.

She’s always looked good, but she lost weight almost a decade ago.

It was ok for a first week performance. Definitely not anything groundbreaking. I am rooting for her however
