It was the time when Demi was forced to conform to certain gender roles, the way how a american female pop star should look like, dance and sing. You can clearley see that Demi is unconfortable in this role. I am not a fan of Demi, but I am glad that Demi got a chance to experiment and explore ones feelings and way of life. It seems Demi is at better place today. I wish it stays like that, for Demi's sake.

Yeah you can tell she was forced and it’s sad… I’m glad she now has the freedom to express and be what she wants… there’s nothing more freeing than that and everyone deserves to experience so

Well Who's That Boy was supposed to be the follow up to Skyscraper but thank god it was cancelled last minute and they revamped the era with Give Your Heart A Break.
