It’s interesting how career-wise men lead even in things that are considered “feminine”. The most successful singers, chefs, artists, etc., are all men despite these things societally being viewed as feminine.

They are? I don't think singing and painting have ever been viewed as female activities (especially the latter). Cooking is another thing, but there's a difference between cooking for your family and cooking for dozens of people in a high pressure restaurant (which is what being a chef is). Former is considered housework, the latter is considered a proper job.

Societally wouldn’t you say singing and painting are seen as feminine? Especially in schools? This is completely anecdotal but growing up a lot of the girls in my schools liked singing + art whilst boys enjoyed sports + business. In the UK we have GCSEs where we pick what subjects to focus on and most of the cooking and art subjects were 90% female. Of course men can enjoy these too, but I feel like women participate in them way more but aren't really allowed to excel in them in a career.
