Ok update, so the procedure itself was painless, but this recovery is kinda brutal :gaycat7: My left eye feels like I have an eyelash in it all the time (they said I could have foreign body sensation like this). My eyes are sooooo dry when I wake up from sleeping that they itch like crazy and I start crying till I get some artificial tears in there too. Whew, let's hope this is worth it once I recover fully because rn this is miserable :gaycat7: I'm no fun to be around because I'm grumpy from dealing with the discomfort lol, my bf is getting sick of being around me :lakitu:

Yeah I was told it feels like there's sand in your eyes all the time. But it should go away soon

Has anyone played Undertale/Deltarune?
Really excited about the new Deltarune chapters coming out soon. No idea how I'm going to fit them into my exams/thesis schedule but I WILL be there :jonny:

No. I don't even know what these games are about but people were really hype about new chapters debuting on Switch 2. I will look into it

Sand in your eyes sounds much more painful than what I'm feeling, but it's still uncomfortable. I really hope it gets better soon. Pray for me, sisters

I generally prefer the older Fire Emblem games to the newer ones, though I liked this one's gameplay. The story and character design are awful, but I like the Engage feature. I felt it was a bit too easy though, especially as you progress later in the game.

Ugh same on preferring the older games. Don't love hearing that it gets too easy :gaycat6:

I might try it anyway tho, needing a fix for a strategy game and I wanna try something new rather than replaying an older fire emblem game

My main fear of LASIK is I'm too scared to pull on my eyelids (especially the bottom ones) because of an irrational fear my eyeballs will fall out / that my eyelids will stay stretched forever :deadbanana:

Used to be able to pull on my bottom left eyelid with ease (Sonic taught me how to taunt folks like that ijbol sonic-mocking.gif)

but nowadays I just can't physically get myself to do that because it gives me an acid reflux so that's why those clamps that keep your eyes open / contacts terrify me because you have to pull on the eyelids

I think I can cope with the pain because back when I was 16 I had a fly go straight into my eye and I had to take out pieces of its dead body with a pair of tweezers and I remember there was blood involved :suburban:

Oh yeah, and I've been gently pulling my lower lid down every time I do drops, but I don't think you have to... You lie down on your back when they do the eye clamps, so even if your eyes falling out was a possibility (it's not ), they wouldn't in that position.

Also wtf, that fly experience sounds traumatic af:suburban:

I really don't know what's happening with the merch that wasn't brought from JYP site

:gaycat6:

Googled and it could release 2 weeks after the pre order release date

But they still stay pre order and not buy even though it's all sold out

The way i want 8+ hours of sleep but also want to scroll my phone for 2 hours before I go to sleep
