But Tennis did spill. If Pitchfork doesn't like you as an artist, then you could bend over yourself, and it still won't be enough. Their biases are very transparent. Making the same person review the same artist is also not such a good strategy, especially when that reviewer had some unflattering things to say before. Their misogyny problem is well-documented, too. The website's good for keeping track of new releases and for some of those Sunday retrospectives that tend to have more thought put into it, but I haven't trusted a review of theirs since like 2020.

Their review of The Great Impersonator was their most misogynistic work
